Everton Football Club is a football club based in Liverpool, competing in the Premier League. The club have competed in the top division for a record 114 seasons, missing the top division only four times (1930–31 and three consecutive seasons starting with 1951–52) since The Football League was created in 1888. Everton have won 15 major trophies: the League Championship nine times (fourth most as of 2017–18), the FA Cup five times (ninth most) and the UEFA Cup Winners Cup once.

Formed in 1878, Everton were founding members of The Football League in 1888 and won their first League Championship two seasons later. Following four League Championship and two FA Cup wins, Everton experienced a lull in the immediate post World War Two period, until a revival in the 1960s, which saw the club win two League Championships and an FA Cup. The mid-1980s represented their most recent period of sustained success, with two League Championships, an FA Cup, and the 1985 European Cup Winners' Cup. The club's most recent major trophy was the 1995 FA Cup.

The club's supporters are known as Evertonians. Everton have a rivalry with neighbours Liverpool, and the two sides contest the Merseyside derby. The club has been based at Goodison Park in Walton, Liverpool, since 1892, after moving from Anfield following a row over its rent. The club's home colours are royal blue shirts with white shorts and socks.

Family Stories: The Right Route 💙

Lovely family, sat next to Ken, Gemma and Adam in the Upper Bullens for many years. Great video.

This is why we love this club. As a youngster I had 2 uncles, one red, one blue. Alternate weeks they’d take me to Goodison/Anfield, stick me in the boys pen then come back for me after the game. Thankful my allegiance turned out blue and have never regretted it!

My grandad was a red my dad used to be sent down to Anfield to queue for tickets. So he would take his little brother with him stick him in queue without anyone knowing then would walk across Stanley Park and Queue for his own tickets. I come from a big family 1/2 is red and 1/2 is blue thanks to my Dad. My childhood travelling round watching the The Blues play football and winning trophies spending time with my Dad watching Everton was a priceless gift

Wonderful Graham Stringer.

Go Kenny! We’re very proud Graham Stringer. Show this to dad Patricia Thornton

These stories just show what a great club we support. Come on you blues💙💙

This is about a true supporters story. Cheering on your team whatever..... not cups or wins. What a great family 💙

Went in 1963 and was hooked as are all my family now.💙 Great stuff

KeithandAnn Wilson.

These are brilliant. Loving all of them. This one sums up footy in Liverpool perfectly.

When you bleed Blue blood, it's Turbo charge. 💪💪💪

Wonderful !

My first match was 1958 v Preston North end... Boys pen... Loved the whole atmosphere. The sight of the hallowed turf as I entered the terraces was breathtaking... Stayed with me forever 💙💙💙

My dad would take me to Tranmere Rovers on a Friday night, and I wasn't really interested. Then we went to Goodison Park, late 70's got beat 4 v 1 by Ipswich, but my god I was hooked, Goodison was rammed the atmosphere, the crowd I was in awe. It was the first time I heard my Dad & his brother use swear words. I love my club and am privelaged to be part of there DNA

What more can you say about Everton FC, proud to be a Blue.

We are born blue - not manufactured glory hunting victims like some I could mention 💩 . EVERTON TILL I DIE 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

What a lovely BLUE family. Xx

Brilliant Harry a True Blue

Go the mighty mighty Kenny stringer

Hi! Can anyone tell me where that accent is from? They say "my" like "me", I've heard it in some movies/series and I really like it.

First went in 1966... Alan Ball's first season at Everton 💙

Merry Christmas Everton 😁

Full of hope as always at the start of the Season!

Looking forward for a great performance.

Great opportunity to gain maximum points at the beginning of the season, build momentum before hitting a tough December, but for those so called big six, it's going to be just as tough for them if we are firing on all cylinders. Can't wait 👏👏👏

Lost the will to be excited - nothing is happening and we have bang average manager and same old squad 🤷🏻‍♂️

Imagine 6 wins out 6 first game out of the first

Let's Start the season like the finish of last season.

Why’s everyone harping on about December and February! Who cares about the ‘big 6’... we gotta stop referring to these clubs like this, and get out of this small club mentality! 💙COYB!!!

Decent run in at the end of the season for a change

Better ask santa for some in form players this xmas!

I'd love to see an early season derby, tired of shoe horning them into Christmas

Everton will finish 9th. Mark my words. From a Liverpool's fan

Some easy matches at the end so yet again we can turn a shite season into an almost decent one in the last 2 months and fool some of the fans again in thinking Silva is a decent manager for another season 🙄

I don't know why we are panicking about December, I only see Liverpool as a problem 🤷‍♂️

Nine tinpot clubs and Citeh in the first 10 games..... we’ll be well clear by October 😉

Have we signed any new players yet? Real Madrid have signed a whole team of 😭

I expect more than 6 7 or 8 we must be challenging that top 4 spot we will never get a better chance Aim high Nil satis Nisi Optimun

So many Saturdays in March! Is this a new holiday-type thing? :D

Love the way every other fan is saying we will be relagated by December, do you know why I like them saying this. Means they are worried about Everton breaking into the ‘top 6’

Some run of fixtures for us over Christmas period so we should be top over Christmas

This year we will win the league, I can feel it in my bones!

Right, so Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal all in a row in early December. Bring it on.

Easy 6 points first 2 games then let’s hope from there. 😁💙💙xx

I think we’re going to have a great season 🔵

Ow god thats going to be a festive december and new years day!!!
